These items now are solidly put into my subconscious as the best food ever!

Some of my earliest memories as a child are on Captain John & Mike's 40 ft wooden charter boat.

In the 1970's Coal Harbour Marina in Vancouver, BC was closer to its namesake than the Million Dollar Condo Craze that is happening today. Visiting the docks was an adventure into an alternate world. After leaving the dock we would pass under the Lions Gate Bridge. To go fishing in the Salt Chuck was the coolest thing a boy could do with his dad. Pulling up a monstrous Ling Cod as a 5 year old boy was a lot more exciting than any toy I had at home.

Dining on the vessel showed me that men could cook exceptionally well.

The food served included just caught Prawns and Dungeoness Crab!
