How to be a great guest on a boat

If you open a hatch, port or window it is your responsiblity to close it again if it rains. Also remember to close it if you are moving the boat, for security at night or when going ashore.

If you notice any water penetrating to the inside of the boat, ensure the skipper is aware of the condition of the opening.
